About IRRADIANCE, aka (IR):

Launched in early 2025, centered around ancient hormetic modalities: hot, cold, and light therapy. (IR) offers both mobile wellness services and private, studio based sessions. Our goal is to create intentional wellness experiences with modern day amenities, wherever our community needs—events, businesses, or through private bookings.

About Me:

I’m Ryan Day, founder and owner of (IR). After moving to Wilmington in 2015 to play soccer at UNCW, my career was cut short by injuries, sparking my passion for holisitic treatments and journey to better understand proactive health. I continue to use the modalities offered via (IR) in my own wellness journey, and I’m excited to share these benefits with others.
